windows disk cleanup and defragmenter programs are terrible, i use ccleaner from piriform and auslogics provide a great pc cleanup program that does everything for you. just type auslogics into google.

Piriform make great free software to make sure your system is feeling fresh, wonder why they don’t make a antivirus/spyware app.

sigh, i have many external drives 2 500gb and 1 1tb, seriusly, i dont notice anything before or after fragmenting it that suggests searching, playing, running, copying pasteing, goes slower, not noticeable. many mp3 many movies many programs many smaller things iv gathered up on the years, the terabyte one is just backup, and the test was simple, no noticeable improvement, the only thing i can notice is when i hear the external drive activateing cus that takes a second to start the spin~

Hard drive defragmenting IS noticeable for those people who have 500 GB hard drives and never heard of partitioning. :/ Sigh…

    Hi, 2 reasons.

    1. Most people use windows, even if Mac is better (which it is) we still need to cater for the general population who use Windows.

    2. Macs generally don’t have problems like ‘running slowly’ and viruses.

yes lets use more programs to fix the slowdown of your pc! :D, seriusly just check what runs when computer starts and limit down the list, hard drive defragmenting is hardly noticeable. and installing more programs to fix a problem that shouldnt be there in the first place isnt a sollution

    Leave poor Dionne alone!

When looking for presenters for the Web TV series we looked for a real geek. A real geek, with real knowledge, as apposed to a presenter with no knowledge but lots of presenting practice.

We wanted someone with the know-how, and the facts. With your support and a little bit more experience we think she will be an awesome presenter.

That woman needs to learn how to pronounce medial Ts. ‘Forgotten’ is not “forgo’on”, and ‘deleted’ is not “dele’ed”, for example. She seems confused, randomly dropping them as and when, even though she pronounced them in previous sentences. What a twit.
